Without being able to read in, the US is vast, he likely doesn't have a


handle of the lack of public transportation from many places where schools are located at, or the distances that even adjacent states can't overcome. Even using VT location as an example, is a 5+ hour bus ride to Washington reasonable to do for a "2 hour sporting event" which effectively is >10 hrs round trip. even assuming a private plane(s) transporting a team might be 30 minutes in the air but all of the time needed to get to and from airport on campus to a DC based on and to a site is more time than most people realize
